48-hour data for Warning and Restriction NOTAMs for the EGTT and EGPX FIRs is extracted at 15 minute intervals from the AIS website and formatted in a suitable form the iPhone. NOTAMs are displayed in cascaded menus – navigation to the parent menu is via the ‘Home’ button at the top left of the screen, and items at the same level can be selected using the arrow buttons at the top right of the screen. On individual NOTAM pages, tapping on the ID at the top of the page will display a basic Google Map showing the NOTAM location and radius, and if Geolocation is enabled (see below) a bearing line to the current handset location.
